Entry Period:  The CampNow.com Truck or Cash Promotion (“Promotion”) will begin at 12:00 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 3, 2025 and end at 11:59 pm ET on December 31, 2026 (“Entry Period”). The Promotion will consist of a random draw sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) and an instant win game (“Instant Win”) as outlined below.

Who is Eligible:  Open to legal residents of Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Wisconsin, and Ontario, Canada, who are (i) at least 27 years of age as of date of participation; and (ii) currently employed or retired with a combined annual household income of at least $50,000 USD.  Employees, officers, directors and agents of Sponsor or Administrator (as defined below), Venture Out Resorts, LLC, Outdoor Adventures Inc., Ocean Canyon Resorts, LLC and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Promotion (collectively, the “Promotional Parties”), and the members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households, whether or not related, of any of the above, are not eligible to enter or win.  The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. How to Enter the Sweepstakes:  During the Entry Period, visit www.CampNow.com (the “Website”), or a Promotion link on a Sponsor-related social media webpage, mobile application or e-advertisement and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online registration form to receive one (1) entry (each, an “Entry”), or visit a Sponsor booth at a Promotion-related event where Entries are permitted as solely determined by Sponsor, complete a physical entry form and submit to Sponsor personnel.

Entrants that have elected to opt-in to receive marketing communications from Sponsor on the registration form may opt-out of any further communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in the applicable communication.  Any available opt-in opportunities are optional and not required to participate in the Promotion, and checking the opt-in boxes will not increase your chances of winning. By submitting an Entry, entrant agrees that Sponsor and any other participating parties are authorized to contact entrant via email or any other form of media to make entrant aware of information pertinent to the Promotion, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor featured products, special events or promotional offers, or purchase incentives, provided entrant has opted-in to receive such information.  Entrants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply following the provided opt-out instructions in email. 

All Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026 to be eligible. Limit of one (1) Entry per person, per household, and per email address throughout the Entry Period. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries by any means which subvert the Entry process will be void. Entries that are incomplete or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Mechanical reproductions and Entries generated by any means which subvert the Entry process are void. Entries that are forged, tampered with, obtained through illegitimate channels or by any other means that are not compliant with the Official Rules will be void. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Sweepstakes Winner Selection: A random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator on or about January 4, 2027 to select one (1) Grand Prize Winner from among all eligible Entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period and are determined by dividing one (1) by such number (i.e., if 50,000 entries are received during the Promotion, odds of winning would be 1 out of 50,000). There is no cap on the number of entries.

How to Play the Instant Win: Potential entrants who meet the eligibility criteria and wish to participate must first obtain an official unique game key by signing up on the Website, or otherwise with Sponsor, and registering to attend a 90-minute tour at any of the participating facility locations listed at Venture Out Resorts (www.ventureoutresorts.com), Outdoor Adventures Inc. www.outdooradventuresinc.com), and/or Ocean Canyon Resorts (www.oceancanyon.com). Eligible entrants may be offered a campground membership package for sale ranging in price from $5,970 to $16,970 to meet the needs of any family or budget. Tangential products and services may be offered. An attempt will be made to induce entrants to undertake a monetary obligation. Purchases are subject to a 3-day cancellation right. Upon successful registration, if eligible, the entrant will be sent a unique game key and mail piece they must then bring with them to their scheduled facility tour time to play the Instant Win. Please Note: If an entrant is married or cohabitating, their spouse or cohabitant must also attend the tour to be eligible to play the Instant Win. Maximum of one (1) key and mail piece per individual or household. No one may participate in this Promotion on behalf of another individual or using a key or mail piece addressed to another individual.  

A total of approximately 75,000 unique keys and corresponding mail pieces will be created at the outset of the Promotion Period and will be available for distribution throughout the Promotion Period. Each mail piece will contain a maximum of one (1) unique key and number.  One (1) winning key will be available for random distribution for a chance to win the Grand Prize. All remaining (non-Grand Prize) keys and corresponding mail pieces will be available for random distribution and associated with one (1) of the other three (3) Instant Win prizes specified below dependent on the number printed on the key and mail piece.

To play the Instant Win to see if they are a potential winner of the Grand Prize, an entrant must attempt to unlock the designated lock at the participating facility location during their scheduled tour time using the original key enclosed in their mail piece. If the key enclosed in the entrant’s mail piece opens the designated lock at a participating facility location, the entrant will be a potential winner of the Instant Win Grand Prize, subject to verification and compliance with these official rules. If the key enclosed in the entrant’s mail piece does not open the designated lock, the entrant can show their mail piece to a representative at the participating facility location to determine which one (1) of the other three (3) Instant Win prizes specified below corresponds to the number specified on their mail piece.

Entrants may also play Instant Win by mail by mailing a photocopy of the unique key and corresponding mail piece in a 4x9 envelope to Camp Advisor Group, LLC d/b/a CampNow, 800 Washington Ave #200, Bay City, MI 48708 USA, Attn: Truck or Cash Entry, postmarked no later than December 31, 2026, and received no later than January 15, 2027, together with a self-addressed stamped 4x9 envelope.  Mail-in participants will receive return confirmation within fourteen (14) days of receipt by Sponsor together with their prize or instructions on how to claim their prize. Entrants must keep original game key and mail piece to claim prize.

In order to be eligible to claim an Instant Win prize, the claimant must be the individual who received the potential winning mail piece and key who is on file with Sponsor. All qualifying mail pieces and keys presented for prize claims and prize awards are subject to verification and approval by matching a unique winning code on the mail piece the entrant received with the key. Only one (1) Grand Prize will be available to be awarded for the Instant Win.  If, for whatever reason, more than one (1) key unlocks the designated lock, the Sponsor and/or Administrator reserves the right to award the Grand Prize in a random drawing from among the eligible Entrants whose keys unlocked the designated lock to determine the Grand Prize winner. Keys may not be transferred, removed from a participating facility location after participation or modified in any way. No prizes will be awarded based upon any key or lock malfunction that causes a non-winning key to open the designated lock. The act of opening the designated lock does not indicate a winning attempt. Administrator’s decisions with respect to the Instant Win are final and binding. In the event the one (1) unique key available to open the designated lock for the Instant Win Grand Prize does not visit a participating facility location or attempt to open the designated lock during the Promotion Period, the Instant Win Grand Prize will not be awarded. In the event any unique keys available to open the designated lock for any other (i.e., non-Grand Prize) Instant Win prizes does not visit a participating facility location or attempt to open the designated lock during the Promotion Period, the applicable Instant Win Prize will not be awarded. Winning prizes for Instant Win are randomly predetermined and encoded within each official key and mail piece. Prizes are not determined, only intended to be revealed, by opening the designated lock.

Winner Notification: Potential Instant Win prize winners will be notified on-site at the participating facility location and the potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will be notified by telephone beginning approximately on or about January 4, 2027 and asked to confirm their eligibility and indicate their willingness to accept the Grand Prize as described below. Messages may not be left. In the event the potential winner is an eligible Canadian resident, they will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question as part of the winner verification process. Upon confirmation of their eligibility as well as their willingness to accept prize, potential Grand Prize Winners will be required to execute and return a W-9 form, an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, unless prohibited by law, publicity release within three (3) days of date of issuance of notification. If a potential Grand Prize Winner is ineligible or otherwise fails to return such documents within the specified time period fully-executed, or if Administrator is unsuccessful to reach and speak directly with a potential Grand Prize Winner by email over a 48-hour period, a potential Grand Prize Winner cannot or does not wish to accept the prize or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and, at Administrator’s discretion, an alternate winner may be randomly selected and notified as per the procedures outlined above. Failure to collect or properly claim a Grand Prize in accordance with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.  If forfeited for any reason, Administrator will have no further obligation to such winner and may, at its sole discretion, randomly select an alternate winner who will be notified as per the procedures outlined above. 

SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE: Winner’s choice of a Chevy Silverado or similar entry level trim truck (MSRP less than or equal to $42,400 USD) or $40,000 USD, awarded in the form of a check. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: up to $42,400 USD. Exact make, model, year and version of truck to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

Grand Prize Conditions: Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including if applicable, without limitation, insurance, registration fees, delivery charges, dealer preparation fees and/or additional options, additions or equipment. If selecting the truck, winner must have a valid driver’s license issued in his/her state or jurisdiction of residence and proof of insurance to take delivery, and the color, options, package, accessories, and other specifics will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If winner selects a vehicle with additional options, additions or equipment that exceeds the stated MSRP amount, he/she will be responsible for the difference between the total value and the MSRP of the vehicle as stated herein. If winner selects a vehicle with lesser options or equivalent that is below the stated MSRP, the difference between the vehicle’ actual cost and the MSRP as stated herein will not be awarded, and Sponsor and Administrator will have no further obligation to winner.  Sponsor makes no warranty other than that expressed in its new vehicle limited warranty, a printed copy of which shall be furnished with the Grand Prize vehicle. Grand Prize winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual value of the prize.  Prize is non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution is allowed, except at Administrator’s sole discretion. Grand Prize winner must take delivery of vehicle from one (1) of the participating dealers specified by the Sponsor, if applicable.  Winner is responsible for travelling to the dealership to obtain the vehicle. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.  All prize details are at Sponsor’s discretion. Any and all federal, state and local taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  The winner will be solely responsible for any additional features, upgrades or options to the prize vehicle. The winner must take delivery of the prize, at his or her own expense, within 45 days of notice of availability of the prize from Sponsor at a dealership selected by Sponsor based on proximity to winner’s residence, or the prize may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, be forfeited. No other delivery option will be available. The winner is responsible for all taxes and expenses, including but not limited to: sales tax, luxury tax, destination charges, registration, title and license fees, insurance and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the prize. The winner must present his or her valid driver’s license and provide satisfactory proof of liability insurance prior to the delivery of the prize. The prize vehicle details and availability are subject to change.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, entrant acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and agrees to release Promotional Parties from any claims, losses, actions, or damages, whether actual, incidental or consequential, arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in the Promotion, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in any prize-related activities. Promotional Parties are not responsible for: (i) electronic transmissions/Entries/keys/mail pieces/Instant Win game plays that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected, or not received by the Sponsor or its agents for any reason, (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of Entries, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries, (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone, cable or satellite transmissions, damage to entrants’ or any person’s computer and/or its contents, or causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion or (iv) any Entries or game plays submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules. All incomplete or non-conforming Entries or game plays will be disqualified. Promotional Parties are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant's email account to receive email messages. Further, Promotional Parties are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information or unsuccessful efforts to notify the potential Winner. Sponsor and its agents are further not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate Entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of the Entries. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any errors, misprints, or typographical mistakes in any printed or electronic advertising of the Promotion. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, or if the Promotion or any Web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper functionality of the Promotion and processing of Entries per these Official Rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion (or any portion thereof). In the event the Promotion (or any portion thereof) is cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award the Sweepstakes Grand Prize from among all eligible, non-suspect, Entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of Instant Win prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed for any prize level, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of Instant Win prizes for the applicable Instant Win prize level(s) by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims received. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the PROMOTION is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek ANY AND ALL remedies AVAILABLE from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, HACK, ALTER, RE-ROUTE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the promotion for any reason, including if fraud, misconduct, technical failures or other causes destroy or threaten the integrity of the promotion, in the opinion of the Sponsor/Administrator, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the promotion as determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event the Promotion is terminated, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Sweepstakes Grand Prize only for a valid and eligible prize claim submitted up to such termination. In no event will the Promotional Parties be liable for more than the stated number of prizes in these Official Rules. In the event a dispute as to a registration submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the registration will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of registration, and such person will be required to meet the eligibility requirements of these Official Rules. "Authorized account holder" means the natural person who was assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  Potential winner may be requested to provide proof (to the Promotional Parties’ satisfaction) that they are the authorized account holder. Any damage made to the website will also be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of registration.  Proof of submitting an Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees that (i) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (ii) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (iii) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in the Promotion), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Michigan, USA.

Each entrant agrees that (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan and (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees.
